Biostatistics and Computational Resources Workshop
In November 2020, investigators from the Biostatistics and Computational Resources Team (BCRT) presented a new set of services available through the BSIS Core. In this workshop, Drs. Patrick Janulis, Anna Hotton, and Jonathan Ozik provide examples of HIV research studies that utilize sophisticated data science techniques, including advanced psychometrics, systems science, agent-based modeling, and high-performance computing for public health applications.
Initial consultation and navigation to resources at Northwestern, the University of Chicago, and Argonne National Laboratories are available to all Third Coast CFAR members. Submit a service request or contact a BCRT investigator directly.
Presenters: Patrick Janulis, PhD, Anna Hotton, PhD, and Jonathan Ozik, PhD
