Since last spring, Lighthouse Foundation has worked meticulously to establish indicators of equity for Black Queer folks in the workplace. The Black Queer Equity Index (BQEI) surveys the top LGBTQ+ serving organizations in Chicago to ensure that Black LGBTQ+ employees and board members are treated justly.
