Dr. Wirtz will discuss the development of the LITE cohort to assess HIV risk among transgender women at risk for HIV, with emphasis on the development of ‘sister’ online and site-based cohorts and considerations for future digital cohorts. Dr. Poteat will discuss the development of the LITE+ cohort to evaluate the biopsychosocial impacts of stress and trauma on cardiovascular outcomes among Black transgender women living with HIV, with emphasis on collection and triangulation of cortisol and other biomarkers to evaluate these outcomes.
