CME Purpose: To help physicians provide optimum care to patients who present with emerging complications and toxicities of HIV disease and treatment.

Cancellation Policy: In order to reduce expenses for meals purchased for individuals who register but do not attend, it has become necessary to implement a cancellation policy. We will charge a fee of $40.00 to anyone who fails to cancel their registration before noon on the Monday prior to the program date. before noon the Monday preceding the program as this is when expected attendance is confirmed with the venue.
Also, we will no longer accept free on-site registrations. This means that you must register on our website to attend the program free of charge. Registrations at the door will cost $35.00 and must be paid with cash or check. This policy will allow MATEC to continue to offer quality education at no cost to you.
